Na het versturen ontvang je een e-mail waarin we de beschikbaarheid bevestigen. Daarna sturen we je enkele vragen voor het persoonlijke ontwerp en een betaalverzoek. Je boeking is definitief zodra de aanbetaling is voldaan. De aanbetaling is 10 procent van het gehele bedrag inclusief parkeerkosten.

Hoe werkt het persoonlijk ontwerp?

Na het indienen van de aanvraag ontvang je per e-mail een bevestiging, samen met enkele vragen voor het persoonlijke ontwerp. Vijf dagen vóór het evenement ontvang je het ontwerp, zodat er nog ruimte is voor eventuele aanpassingen.

Hoe zit het met betaald parkeren?

Wij hanteren een standaard parkeertarief van €4 per uur. Deze kosten worden meegenomen in de totaalprijs en dienen samen met de betaling te worden voldaan.
